• Provide technical and design leadership across high-impact projects
• Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions
• Influence and mentor a distributed set of engineers

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of professional experience
• Experience building scaled web-based applications with business alignment
• Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React
• Exceptional technical design and communication skills
