💼 About This Role

You'll conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments and develop customized treatment plans for children with autism. Your core impact is guiding young learners toward their full potential through evidence-based ABA therapy. This role offers one work from home day per week and monthly CEU trainings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans
• Provide parent coaching on behavioral strategies
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs
• Assess kiddo progress through data analysis

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
• Prior Payor credentialing preferred
