💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer engagement and advocacy for Contentsquare's analytics platform across North and Central Europe. Your core impact will be turning customers into loyal brand advocates through tailored events and programs. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Own and execute customer events like user clubs and executive roundtables.
  • Develop a quarterly regional roadmap aligning with customer goals.
  • Create compelling content including presentations and success stories.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a relevant B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving advocacy.
  • Fluent in English and German or Dutch.
  • Experience planning and executing customer events (webinars to workshops).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM, marketing, and customer success tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Gainsight.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
