💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians designing high-voltage substations and transmission lines for utility, industrial, and renewable energy projects. You'll oversee design standards, scheduling, and training while coordinating with construction and project teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape engineering teams and drive project success at a growing EPC firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all engineering responsibilities and delegate tasks within the team
• Lead design and checking processes for drawings and schematics
• Manage day-to-day scheduling and design activities
• Train, recruit, hire, and evaluate electrical engineers and technicians

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Supervisory experience (preferred but required for lead role)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation
• Knowledge of power system software (CDEGS, SKM, ETAP, etc.)
