You'll drive rapid adoption of Aquablation Therapy at newly launched sites in the Great Lakes region. You'll activate referral pathways and train office staff to ensure operational readiness and procedural conversion. This role focuses on early growth and sustainable patient flow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with regional sales managers to activate patient pathways post-launch.
• Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and referral flow.
• Support procedure activation and operational readiness in hospitals.
• Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-12 years in medical device sales or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of referral dynamics and hospital workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
