Description

You will own post-sales success for enterprise customers, driving adoption, utilization, and value realization of the Netskope cloud security platform. You'll manage onboarding, QBRs, and risk mitigation to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success management experience for enterprise customers
  • Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures, cloud security, and threat prevention
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs preferred
  • Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured post-sales handoffs, translating business objectives into technical outcomes and success criteria
  • Drive onboarding program to accelerate time-to-value and early adoption
  • Lead cadence calls to monitor utilization, adoption, and mitigate risk
  • Analyze support cases, telemetry, and usage trends to assess customer health and prevent churn
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review adoption and health trends
