Description
You will own post-sales success for enterprise customers, driving adoption, utilization, and value realization of the Netskope cloud security platform. You'll manage onboarding, QBRs, and risk mitigation to ensure long-term customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success management experience for enterprise customers
- Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures, cloud security, and threat prevention
- Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs preferred
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Customer-centric, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead structured post-sales handoffs, translating business objectives into technical outcomes and success criteria
- Drive onboarding program to accelerate time-to-value and early adoption
- Lead cadence calls to monitor utilization, adoption, and mitigate risk
- Analyze support cases, telemetry, and usage trends to assess customer health and prevent churn
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review adoption and health trends
