💼 About This Role

You'll support the deployment of Reveal's Identifi identity verification platform for defense and security clients. Your core impact is translating real-world operational needs into product improvements while ensuring reliable system performance during field missions. This role offers the chance to work directly with operators in austere environments and shape next-generation tactical intelligence tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and support Identifi in customer field operations.
• Lead technical demonstrations and briefings for defense clients.
• Collect operator feedback to inform product improvements.
• Design repeatable operational workflows for mission environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting technical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% for customer support.
• Experience with Biometrics Collections platforms or Intelligence Collections.
• Strong communication skills bridging engineers and operators.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ATAK and GIS data visualization programs.
• Experience with Biometrics Collection and Analysis use cases.
• Previous Solutions Architect or Technical Customer Support experience.
