You'll shape the experience of Bharat's next billion e-commerce users on Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience team. You'll lead strategic initiatives to redefine fulfillment and user satisfaction for tier-2 and tier-3 cities. This role offers a zero-to-one opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cost reduction, user experience, and seller experience charters.
• Run experiments and pilots to test and scale initiatives.
• Build robust processes and SOPs for operational rigor.
• Foster cross-functional collaborations with Business, Product, and Tech.

📋 Requirements

• MBA degree from premium institute
• 3+ years experience in startups, consumer internet, or consulting
• Data-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management expertise in fast-paced environments
