You will work with clients at all levels, from C-suite to shop floor, to deliver on strategic initiatives. Your role involves making data-driven decisions, breaking down complex programs, and leading transformations across strategy, process improvement, operations, organizational design, and M&A.

• Deliver strategic initiatives using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Lead process improvement initiatives with current/future state documentation and gap analysis
• Conduct operational transformation using data-based strategies
• Drive organizational design aligning skills, responsibilities, and governance
• Manage M&A integration activities including standing up an Integration Management Office
