You'll define how financial professionals interact with AI in Excel, designing the end-to-end user journey for agentic AI workflows in a category-defining product. Your work will shape the visual identity and design system for a fast-growing startup backed by OpenAI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design core product experience for AI agents in Excel
• Craft onboarding and activation flows
• Build and maintain design system from scratch
• Design signup flows, pricing pages, and upgrade prompts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience at tech companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
• Proficiency in Figma required
• Experience designing complex workflows or enterprise software

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in finance or financial services
• Experience designing AI/ML products or agentic interfaces
• Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
