You'll build and scale cloud-native applications for modern digital media operations, focusing on platform reliability and developer experience. You'll own delivery across the full lifecycle—from architecture to production support—in a collaborative environment where engineering decisions drive user impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve cloud-native applications for scalability and reliability.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development workflows.
• Collaborate with developer experience teams to build shared tooling.
• Lead release tooling, system decomposition, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Own operational support including on-call responsibilities for critical systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Cloud-native systems experience with reliability and observability practices.
• CI/CD, trunk-based development, and progressive delivery (feature flags, canary releases).
• Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript/React, and infrastructure tools like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience defining engineering-wide standards for testing and performance.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems in production.
