• Design and optimize multi-tenant database architecture
• Build caching infrastructure to reduce EHR API latency
• Implement rate limiting and graceful degradation systems
• Develop dashboards and alerting for system reliability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering
• Strong backend skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Deep experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred)
