💼 About This Role

You'll manage large and complex commercial property claims and large homeowners claims for a leading catastrophe-exposed property insurer. Your core impact is providing outstanding customer experience through investigative and estimation skills. You'll travel to loss sites, partner with business owners, and help them return to pre-loss condition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, scope and estimate large commercial and homeowners claims
• Investigate coverage and damage issues, communicating findings to customers
• Handle business personal property and business income losses
• Partner with external parties and internal teams to resolve complex claims

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of field property claims experience
• Claims Connect/Symbility estimating experience for large loss estimation
• Adjuster license in home state or non-resident license
• Ability to travel to loss locations on short notice and perform field inspections

✨ Nice to Have

• Commercial/large/complex loss estimating experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in catastrophe-focused environments
