💼 About This Role

You'll define the long-term product strategy for Fundraise Up's core markets, a fundraising platform used by UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. You'll drive growth from $50M to $200M+ ARR by identifying and sizing high-impact product bets. This is an individual contributor role with direct access to the CPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term product strategy for your domain within Core Markets
• Turn customer and market signals into structured, evidence-backed cases
• Identify and size the most impactful product bets
• Collaborate with GTM to understand market dynamics and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level with experience owning strategic areas
• Exceptional at structuring ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
• Strong business and commercial thinking connecting product to revenue
• Experience working at both a large company and a startup

• Background in management consulting followed by product role
• Experience with international teams
• Prior experience as Principal PM or equivalent senior IC
