You'll support the operational backbone of the CX organization at Wispr Flow, a voice dictation platform. You'll maintain processes, playbooks, and systems that keep the Customer Success and Support teams efficient and aligned. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves structure and process design.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain customer success workflows
- Manage and update runbacks after customer calls
- Keep internal playbooks organized and accurate
- Monitor health of internal systems and task follow-ups
๐ Requirements
- Interest in customer success or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort documenting processes and creating workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in Customer Success or Support
- Familiarity with Notion or HubSpot
- Experience in SaaS environments
