💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of technicians in assembling and testing specialized plasma reactor equipment for diamond wafer manufacturing. Your impact will directly support ramping production to meet aggressive deadlines in a high-tech green energy facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of technicians in assembly, testing, and installation of plasma reactor equipment.
• Aid in setup and operation of new facility and equipment assembly lines.
• Act as frontline work coordinator to ensure direction and resources for production deadlines.
• Coordinate with US and Spain counterparts to implement new designs and equipment changes.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in manufacturing, mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Experience with standard mechanics tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, and drivers.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to complete 3 months of on-site training in the US and Trujillo.

• Experience with vacuum systems, electrical control systems, or gas distribution systems.
• Formal technical education or training.
