💼 About This Role

You'll own key parts of the Workflows product experience for a remote-first SaaS company, driving activation, usability, and engagement. You'll identify high-impact opportunities across the workflow funnel and partner with cross-functional teams to ship scalable improvements that help customers automate more of their business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and close gaps from workflow creation to execution to improve activation rates
• Drive initiatives to make it faster for users to launch their first meaningful automation
• Lead efforts to make workflows a sticky, high-usage product users return to regularly
• Analyze support tickets and user feedback to resolve common sources of setup failure

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience working on SaaS products
• Ability to interpret user behavior and optimize workflow functionalities using usage data
• Strong analytical mindset to identify pain points and optimize product flows
