You'll join Redwood Materials to maintain accurate inventory and support daily warehouse operations. Your work ensures inventory integrity and drives operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in sustainable battery material recycling and the energy transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate task distribution with Material Flow and Operations.
• Train and guide material handlers in inventory processes.
• Monitor WMS data and generate inventory reports.
• Investigate inventory variances and perform root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Associate degree.
• Experience with Oracle WMS and Tableau.
• Passion for sustainability.
