You'll design and deliver complex generative AI solutions for a leading technology consultancy. Your core impact is taking ideas from prototype to production, building reliable, scalable systems. You'll work autonomously on challenging technical problems and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build and deploy GenAI applications using RAG, Agents, Multi Agent Systems
• Own key features or components, ensuring they are well-structured and efficient
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and data scientists
• Mentor junior team members and review code

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals including Python, CI/CD, testing
• Experience with at least one GenAI framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines with vector databases
• Familiarity deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to fine-tuning and ML/NLP frameworks like PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with LLMOps and observability tools
