🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and grow development teams for SyncSketch and SpeedTree.
• Improve team efficiency and predictability through agile practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Solution Architects, and customers on roadmap.
• Foster an inclusive, trust-based team culture focused on collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading software development teams delivering high-impact products.
• Experience in the film or VFX industry and understanding of creative workflows.
• Experience with cloud SaaS products and their design/operations.
• Track record of improving team efficiency through agile methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge or experience with Unity including the Unity Editor.
• Experience with animation, virtual production, real-time 3D, or game development pipelines.
