You'll define the scientific strategy for a pioneering tRNA therapeutic platform targeting rare genetic and neuromuscular diseases. You'll drive programs from early discovery through IND-enabling studies and shape the R&D roadmap across dual elevation and suppression modalities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define R&D roadmap for tRNA therapeutic platform from discovery to IND.
• Oversee preclinical studies including in vivo and in vitro disease models.
• Drive optimization of AAV constructs, vector design, and delivery approaches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CMC, regulatory, and clinical teams.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Neuroscience, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in biotech or pharma R&D with scientific leadership.
• Expertise in RNA biology, gene therapy, or related modalities.
• Experience with AAV vector design and preclinical development workflows.
