Description

You will lead and scale payroll operations across the U.S. and internationally, overseeing accurate and compliant payroll for 1,600 employees including hourly workers with variable compensation. You will manage a payroll team, support month-end close, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll experience with leadership in a public company
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation
• Experience with equity awards taxation and reporting across jurisdictions
• Extensive experience with UKG required
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. and Canadian employees including hourly, commission, and overtime structures
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
• Manage and develop a team of four payroll professionals
• Coordinate with payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, and Netherlands
• Support month-end close including payroll accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
