• Co-construct data and AI visions with C-level clients
• Design technical architectures and roadmaps for custom solutions
• Supervise data pipelines, cloud platforms, and AI model deployment
• Coach and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in data/AI roles
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Mastery of modern cloud and data stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Experience delivering complex AI projects from conception to production

• Experience as Head of Data & AI or Forward Deployed Engineer
