💼 About This Role

You'll act as a force-multiplier to the CEO and leadership team, driving cross-functional projects across product, engineering, compliance, and sales. You'll take ambiguous problems and turn them into crisp plans with clear owners and shipped outcomes. This role offers high ownership and direct impact at a fast-growing AI company backed by a16z and Y Combinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive CEO's operating cadence: priorities, OKRs, meeting hygiene, decision logs.
• Run special projects across Product, Eng, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Support enterprise deal execution: proposals, pricing models, mutual action plans.
• Operationalize compliance: policy tracking, QA workflows, audit-ready documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years experience in startup ops, consulting, banking/fintech ops, or similar.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans and shipped outcomes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
