• Review daily assigned operations for management and regularization
• Manage debtors via phone, email, and other channels
• Update collection actions and progress on the platform
• Track overdue portfolio to maximize payments and reduce delinquency

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years in collections
• Factoring knowledge or previous experience
• Orderly, methodical, and versatile approach
