Description
You will build and scale Cato Networks' global channel sales engineering function, enabling partners to sell and deliver the SASE platform with technical excellence. You'll define strategy, lead a global team, and drive partner-led revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Engineering with significant channel/partner-facing experience
- Proven experience building and leading global SE teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of networking and security (SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust)
- Track record of enabling partners to drive revenue in enterprise markets
- Experience with VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and distribution ecosystems
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a global channel SE team across Americas, EMEA, APJ
- Define and execute global channel SE strategy aligned to partner and revenue goals
- Enable partners (VARs, MSPs, GSIs) to independently position, demo, and deploy SASE platform
- Develop structured partner enablement programs including certifications and playbooks
- Act as executive technical sponsor for strategic global partners
