You'll drive new business growth by selling electricity, natural gas, and green energy contracts to small and medium-sized businesses. You'll build a high-volume pipeline through cold calling and client meetings, delivering solutions that optimize energy spend. This role offers uncapped commission and a hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of SMB energy accounts
  • Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with client decision makers
  • Analyze customer positions and commodity contract performance

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts
  • Sales track record of exceeding individual quotas of $300k
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to sell into multiple levels of an organization

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy procurement brokerage or supplier sales
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
