You'll build a high-volume pipeline through cold calling and client meetings, delivering solutions that optimize energy spend. This role offers uncapped commission and a hybrid schedule.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach
- Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of SMB energy accounts
- Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with client decision makers
- Analyze customer positions and commodity contract performance
📋 Requirements
- 5 years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts
- Sales track record of exceeding individual quotas of $300k
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to sell into multiple levels of an organization
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in energy procurement brokerage or supplier sales
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
