💼 About This Role

You'll build the technical foundation of Fluidstack's hiring and people operations machine, owning internal tools and integrations. You'll integrate deeply with ATS platforms and HRIS systems, and build custom AI-assisted recruiting features. This role offers the chance to shape superintelligence infrastructure at a fast-growing startup deploying gigawatts of compute.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the talent tooling roadmap end-to-end from scoping to deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations with Ashby, Rippling, and HR tech tools.
• Design and ship internal recruiting workflows like pipeline dashboards and onboarding checklists.
• Instrument the talent funnel with analytics for real-time visibility.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering with production TypeScript and React.
• Strong backend skills: REST or GraphQL API design, background jobs, webhooks, and database modeling.
• Demonstrated experience integrating with third-party SaaS APIs like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Comfortable owning a project end-to-end from requirements gathering to production deployment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Ashby API or Rippling API.
• Prior work in People Tech, HR automation, or internal tooling at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building AI-assisted productivity tools like LLM-backed summarization or recommendation features.
