• Process phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders.
• Enter faxed, emailed, and phoned orders into production.
• Communicate with customers on delivery dates and times.
• Maintain knowledge of clients, products, and services.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
