You'll be the first point of contact for Plasmidsaurus customers, delivering fast, empathetic Tier 1 support. You'll resolve inquiries independently, identify escalation pathways, and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Utilize internal systems for rapid inquiry resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Service Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 4-year degree in Biological Sciences
  • Experience in Biotech, Medtech, or Healthtech
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and NGS data analysis
