📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Service Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in Biotech, Medtech, or Healthtech
