You'll support day-to-day office and People Operations activities at Venus Aerospace, a startup building next-generation rocket engines. You'll ensure a smooth experience for employees and visitors by managing front desk, executive support, and HR coordination. This role gives you the chance to work in a fast-paced aerospace startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Manage lobby flow and visitor access for C-Suite executives.
• Coordinate conference room schedules and A/V setup.
• Support new hire onboarding and candidate visit logistics.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience in front desk, hospitality, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with ITAR compliance procedures.
