💼 About This Role

You'll join Eliot's Brain Injury program, providing direct support to adults with brain injuries to enhance their lives. You'll help rebuild communication, social, and daily living skills while fostering independence. Your role combines personal care, medication administration, and housekeeping in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct support with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, promoting independence and personal growth
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and report health or behavioral concerns
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report maintenance or safety issues

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
• Ability to drive residence van
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and a personally owned vehicle
