🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding and training for new accounts
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
• Drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as voice of customer to product and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success or account management
• Experience with healthcare or SaaS clients
• Proven track record of retention and upsell
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
