You'll serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize platform adoption and achieve organic search goals. You'll uncover growth opportunities, ensure long-term satisfaction, and act as a trusted advisor. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and data-driven problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop trusted relationships with ~55 decision-maker accounts.
  • Create execution plans using the BrightEdge platform to achieve customer goals.
  • Identify risk and adoption gaps, collaborating for solutions.
  • Prepare and execute quarterly success plans with new features and best practices.

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year of direct customer facing experience.
  • Experience managing a book of business and identifying renewal/expansion opportunities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
