🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop trusted relationships with ~55 decision-maker accounts.
- Create execution plans using the BrightEdge platform to achieve customer goals.
- Identify risk and adoption gaps, collaborating for solutions.
- Prepare and execute quarterly success plans with new features and best practices.
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year of direct customer facing experience.
- Experience managing a book of business and identifying renewal/expansion opportunities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
