💼 About This Role

You'll develop and facilitate training for a client engagement center, blending virtual and in-person sessions to strengthen employee skills. Your work will directly impact operational goals and client satisfaction metrics. You'll also maintain expertise by providing live support weekly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and facilitate training on systems, procedures, and client service strategies.
• Conduct new hire and refresher training using skills training and assessments.
• Partner with leadership to align training with operational goals.
• Maintain and update training materials for accuracy and relevance.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree
• 2 or more years in a contact center or customer service environment
• Experience with adult learning principles and scenario-based training
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-2 years leading a project, process, or team
• Knowledge of federal and state laws for deposit accounts
• Knowledge of financial services and contact center platforms
