You'll lead the accounting function at a fast-growing video security SaaS company, ensuring financial integrity and scalability. Your core impact will be building robust financial infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own integrity of all financial reporting and close processes
• Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition
• Design and maintain strong internal controls and compliance
• Drive automation and tooling improvements across finance
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
• Proven experience as Controller in high-growth environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Experience managing audits and external auditors

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or equivalent designation
• Experience in SaaS or tech-driven business model
• Exposure to international accounting and multi-entity environments
