💼 About This Role

You'll embed with teams across Brex to understand workflows and build AI agents that automate internal functions. You'll ship real systems that deliver measurable outcomes, working on top of existing models and frameworks. This role offers the chance to design and deploy agents that take over real workflows, integrating with internal systems and shaping how AI is adopted company-wide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with partner teams to deeply understand workflows.
• Scope, design, and deploy agents that automate workflows.
• Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for agents.
• Build shared tooling and own reliability and business impact.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering, AI, or similar technical role.
• Experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, and tool-use patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or NoSQL databases including data modeling.
• Ability to decompose human workflows into agentic systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience automating back-office functions.
• Experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, or general-purpose agent harnesses.
