🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead resolution of high-priority partner incidents
- Perform advanced root cause analysis across integrated platforms
- Develop internal and external technical knowledge bases
- Mentor junior team members on complex troubleshooting
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support or similar role in SaaS/travel tech
- Advanced SQL querying and optimization skills
- Expertise in airline architecture including PSS and PSP integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Python for data manipulation
- Familiarity with Excel, HTML, JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
