You'll lead incident response for high-priority partner issues, orchestrating cross-functional teams and ensuring SLA adherence. You'll drive deep technical analysis across integrated platforms and mentor junior team members in complex troubleshooting and documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead resolution of high-priority partner incidents
  • Perform advanced root cause analysis across integrated platforms
  • Develop internal and external technical knowledge bases
  • Mentor junior team members on complex troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support or similar role in SaaS/travel tech
  • Advanced SQL querying and optimization skills
  • Expertise in airline architecture including PSS and PSP integrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python for data manipulation
  • Familiarity with Excel, HTML, JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
