💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled home health services to help patients regain independence in the Salinas area. You'll evaluate patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and PTAs. This role offers flexibility and autonomy with a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home evaluations and develop care plans.
• Help patients with mobility and independence.
• Coordinate with physicians and report progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Current CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
