🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CXA and CCaaS solution implementations for new and existing customers
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to internal teams and partners
• Drive post-implementation success and customer adoption
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and best practices for implementation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with AI or automation focus
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German
• Knowledge of building conversational agents or chatbots
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk
