๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll manage original research projects in exercise physiology to expand Brooks' innovation footwear pipelines. You'll investigate key performance indicators to maximize runner performance and recovery while reducing injury risk. You'll collaborate with product teams to create optimal product solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage exercise physiology research programs for runner performance and injury reduction.
  • Lead project management of owned research projects across multiple business objectives.
  • Independently collect, record, and analyze exercise physiology data.
  • Translate research findings to senior executives and product teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology or related field with 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years applied laboratory-based research in endurance sports, preferably running.
  • Expert understanding of experimental design and statistical methods.
  • Active Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) certification.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 1+ year experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience with human subject data collection equipment (metabolic carts, spirometry, etc.).
  • Proven track record of innovative research studies in running product.
