Description

You will design and implement end-to-end personalization and experimentation solutions for enterprise customers using Contentful Personalization, working directly with their engineering, product, and marketing teams. You'll own the strategic design of audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks, while also delivering hands-on technical implementations and integrations with platforms like CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation
• Hands-on experience building, operating, and scaling personalization programs in production
• Strong technical skills implementing personalization in modern composable architectures
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, and analytics
• Ability to design personalization strategies for global, multi-brand deployments with performance and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Architect and implement personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization, including user identification, audience evaluation, and experimentation
• Lead hands-on implementation activities such as building proof-of-concepts, configuring decision logic, and developing integration services
• Integrate personalization solutions with enterprise platforms (CDPs, CRMs, analytics, identity/consent tooling)
• Provide domain authority guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders on personalization best practices and tradeoffs
