💼 About This Role

You'll lead the social growth strategy for ACQ Media and its portfolio brands, turning long-form content into high-performing short-form assets. You'll own performance metrics and publishing pipelines across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. This role offers the chance to build AI-driven workflows in a studio-like environment focused on measurable brand impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end social growth strategy across all platforms
• Lead and develop the Social Coordinator
• Identify high-retention moments and direct editors
• Build and optimize AI-driven production systems
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of social production or digital strategy experience
• Proven track record of scaling accounts through original video content
• Experience managing at least one direct report
• Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X
