💼 About This Role

You'll lead regulatory risk and compliance audits for Coupang's Taiwan marketplace, ensuring product safety and regulatory alignment. Your work directly mitigates third-party seller risks and protects customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update product compliance audit checklists and guidelines
• Execute risk-based audit plans and analyze compliance data
• Track corrective actions and validate remediation closure
• Research regulations and assess impact on policies and processes

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product compliance or regulatory risk management
• Proven ability to deliver programs of scale influencing broader compliance strategy
• Strong project management skills handling multiple workstreams
• Experience working across policy, compliance, and operational execution

✨ Nice to Have

• 7+ years in compliance program management at fast-paced tech or marketplace firms
• End-to-end ownership experience in ambiguous environments
• Fluency in English and Chinese
