Description
As a Principal Commercial Sales Representative at SentinelOne, you'll drive revenue growth across mid-market organizations in Eastern Europe and CIS. You'll manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, leveraging channel partnerships and deep cybersecurity expertise to consistently exceed targets. Based remotely in Germany, you'll be a trusted advisor to regional decision-makers and play a key role in scaling our AI-native security platform.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Czech.
- Proven track record in commercial sales, with experience managing full sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations.
- Experience leveraging channel ecosystems to drive growth.
- Based in Germany with ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals with mid-market organizations in Eastern Europe and CIS.
- Build and manage a high-performing pipeline via outbound strategies and channel partnerships.
- Collaborate with field sales, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to accelerate deal velocity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with deep knowledge of SentinelOne solutions and the cybersecurity landscape.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals through disciplined forecasting and account planning.
