You'll build and lead the support function at a fast-growing startup that replaces manual hospital staffing with intelligent automation. Your work will directly impact how clinical leaders trust and depend on our platform for critical daily operations, while shaping the roadmap through customer insights.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable support workflows and playbooks
  • Identify repetitive patterns and eliminate via automation or product changes
  • Manage and coach a team of 3 support engineers
  • Synthesize support interactions into actionable product feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“8+ years of experience with at least 2 years in support leadership
  • Early-stage startup experience (Seed โ†’ Series C)
  • Systems thinker with an automation bias
  • Product-minded โ€” influenced product decisions using support data

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Ops experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise products with non-technical users
  • Healthcare or health system experience
