🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design for core products across insurance, safety, and repairs.
• Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
• Collaborate with research, product, and data to turn insights into design.
• Build and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and shipped consumer products.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from research to launch.
• Experience building and evolving design systems with engineering.
