You'll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients at Jeeves, a financial OS for global businesses. You'll drive cross-sell and upsell strategies and be the main point of contact for C-level executives. This role is based in São Paulo with a hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Brazil
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with credit, risk, and customer success teams
  • Present Jeeves solutions to CFOs and finance teams

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success
  • Proven track record of expanding accounts via cross-sell and upsell
  • Experience in fintech or SaaS
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in hospitality or B2B commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
