Description

As a Bilingual SAP Functional Consultant at NEORIS, you will support production applications, resolve service desk tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will gather requirements, perform configuration, and ensure UAT for enhancements while leveraging your expertise in SAP/IS Retail.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• SAP certified in Material Management, Retail, S4 Procurement, or SD preferred
• 5+ years SAP experience with projects, RICEFW, production support
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
• High English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support application users and ensure production application availability
• Analyze and resolve service desk tickets to fix defects
• Gather requirements for mid-sized projects and enhancements
• Perform program configuration and data setup using HD process techniques
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and rollout plans
