You'll own top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate engagement for a mission-driven nonprofit software company. You'll drive pipeline health and candidate experience while helping build an AI-powered recruiting function. This role offers the chance to scale impact through improving systems and workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates across key functions
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future roles
• Use AI tools and automation to scale and improve sourcing workflows
• Drive top-of-funnel metrics and ensure responsive candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing
• Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn
• Comfortable using an ATS (Ashby or similar) and recruiting tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred
• Excitement for experimenting with AI and automation in recruiting
